Enter your name and contact details and choose the city where you want to deliver. It only takes a minute.

Prepare your documents
Depending on your type of contract, we’ll ask for your ID and other required details. We’ll explain exactly what you need.

Complete your registration and sign the contract
After checking your details, we’ll guide you through completing the registration and signing the documents.

Get your courier gear ready
Install the Bolt Courier app and get a suitable thermal bag. If you deliver by motor vehicle, you’ll also need the relevant documents.

Start delivering!
Once your courier account is approved and activated, you can go online in the app, accept orders and start earning.

How long does registration take?
It depends on the accuracy of your details, document verification and the current capacity of the Bolt Food platform. Filling in the form itself takes only a few minutes.
Can I deliver if I am not a Czech citizen?
Yes, if you meet the platform’s requirements and have the necessary permit to stay in the Czech Republic and to work here, either as an employee or self-employed.
When do I get paid?
We process payouts every Tuesday. When the money reaches your account also depends on your bank.
Can I get an advance?
Yes. By arrangement, you can take an advance of up to 50% of the amount you have already earned.
How much can I earn?
Your earnings depend on the number of orders delivered, the location, current demand and the time you spend delivering. There is no guaranteed hourly rate.
How can I see how much I’ve earned?
You’ll find an overview of your earnings and completed orders in the courier app. Payouts and commission are governed by our Terms of Cooperation.

In all 42 cities in the Czech Republic where Bolt Food delivery is available – from Prague and Brno to Znojmo. You’ll find the full list above.
What should I do if I have a problem with an order?
If you have a problem with a specific order, contact support in the Bolt Courier app. For paperwork or anything about working with us, contact us.
Where can I get a Bolt Food thermal bag?
You’ll receive instructions on getting courier gear during registration. Depending on availability, you can order it through the official distribution channel.
